Do you want to download your resume as a PDF? Log in to your account, click the icon with three dots at the bottom of your resume thumbnail, and select "Download".

Do you want to download your resume as a MS Word document (.doc)? Yet again, log in to your account, click the icon with three dots at the bottom of your resume, and select "Export to Word".

Please remember that .doc files do not support certain graphic elements included in your template. Because of that, your .doc resume won't look the same as the original PDF file. It's mainly plain text.
