Start editing your resume. Go to the menu on the left and click "Fill In". When you hover your mouse over the name of the section you want to move, a "Drag to reorder" icon will appear. Now you can drag and drop that section to any place you want.
Tips:
Your personal information should always be at the top.
Order of your other sections depends on the format of your resume. Learn how to pick the right one here.
Generally, more important information such as Profile, Work experience, Skills, or Education should be placed at the beginning.
Less important information such as References, Hobbies, or Social media can rest at the bottom of the page.
