Whether you're using popular qualification frameworks like SPICED, BANT, or MEDDIC, or creating your own, Scorecards make it easy to measure performance and coach your team effectively.
This article shows how scorecards can be created for individual meeting types and how the performance of a seller can be evaluated for a given meeting.
What Are Meeting Scorecards?
Scorecards allow you to assess sales meetings based on predefined criteria. Each criterion includes:
A name
A question to guide the evaluation
A rating scale (typically 1 to 5)
A description for each rating point to ensure scoring consistency
For example:
How to Create Meeting Scorecards
Follow these steps to set up scorecards for an existing meeting type:
Go to Settings
Navigate to the “Analysis Configuration” tab
Click on “Edit Meeting Type” for the meeting type you want to configure
A new tab called “Scorecards” will appear — click on it
Now, you can:
Create criteria from scratch, or
Use and adapt pre-defined templates from our library, for different qualification frameworks like SPICED or BANT
For each criterion:
Add a name
Define a question to guide the reviewer
Set a 1–5 rating scale
Provide a description for each score (e.g. what a 1 or a 5 means)
Click Save once your scorecards are ready
When creating a new meeting type, scorecards can be configured in the same way already in the creation dialog.
Scoring Meetings Using Scorecards
Once your scorecard is set for a meeting type:
For every meeting with that meeting type, the scorecards will appear in the “Scorecards” tab in the meeting detail view
From there, you can:
Select a score for each criterion
Add commentary to justify or explain the score
Scores and comments are saved automatically.
This makes feedback more structured and provides a foundation for sales coaching.
Currently, only workspace admins can assign scores or add/change comments.

Troubleshooting
I don't see the Scorecards tab when editing a meeting type
→ Make sure you're in the “Edit Meeting Type” view under Analysis Configuration
I added a scorecard but it’s not showing in the meeting
→ Confirm that the meeting uses the same meeting type where the scorecard was set
Can’t save a criterion or the scorecard → Check if all fields (question, scale, descriptions) are properly filled
