The Coaching View in Kickscale helps you coach your sales team more effectively by giving you clear insights into performance trends, conversation quality, and scorecard data. Whether you're tracking individual reps or comparing team members, this feature helps you focus your coaching where it matters most.
đ Getting Started: Filters at the Top
Before diving into the tabs, youâll find three powerful filters at the top of the Coaching section:
User filter:
Select one user for an individual performance view.
Select two or more to compare multiple reps.
Date filter: Focus on a specific time period to spot trends and improvements.
Meeting/Call Type filter: Filter by the type of conversation (e.g., intro call, demo, closing call).
These filters apply across all tabs to ensure consistent and focused insights.

Metrics Comparison Table:
Metrics like Speak Ratio, Sales Questions, Patience, Talking Speed, Seller Monologue, and Customer Monologue for each rep.
Metric Trendline & Leaderboard:
Shows progress and top performers for selected metrics.
Best Meetings Section:
Displays top meetings based on the currently selected metric.
Practical Use Cases
Voice coaching: Use Talking Speed or Monologue Ratio to coach better communication.
Discovery training: Filter by Sales Questions to track effectiveness in uncovering pain points.
Improvement plans: Spot reps who interrupt too much or talk too little.
