Who Can See a Customer Interaction in Kickscale?

In Kickscale, access to a customer interaction depends on your meeting participation and user role.

👥 Who Can See a Customer Interaction?

1. Meeting Participants

Only users who actively participated in a meeting can see the corresponding customer interaction.

This includes:

  • Users who joined the meeting live

  • Users who were detected as speakers

❗️Important: Being on the calendar invite alone is not enough to gain access.

2. Admins

Workspace admins have full visibility.

They can see all customer interactions within their workspace, regardless of their participation.


💡 Tips & Best Practices

  • Always assign speakers after a call if they were not detected automatically.


🛠️ Troubleshooting

Can’t see a customer interaction although you participated?

  • Check with the meeting owner if you’ve been correctly assigned as a speaker.

  • Reach out to support@kickscale.com if you are the owner and can't see the meeting.
