This tutorial explains how to assign the correct seller in a meeting to ensure an accurate analysis of the discussions. This is especially important when multiple team members attend a meeting, and you want to track metrics for more than one person.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Open the Meeting: Navigate to the specific meeting and look for options in the sidebar.

  2. Click on "More": Among the options like "Share" and "Edit Meeting Details," you'll find the "More" option. Click on it.

  3. Select Assign Speaker: You’ll see "Assign Speaker" as the second option. Click to open the speaker assignment window.

  4. Review Participants: In the dialog box, you’ll see a list of participants and speakers. Use the checkbox to mark the person who acted as the seller.

  5. Assign Multiple Sellers: If multiple team members should be marked as sellers, go to the Assign Speaker Detail View and select both as "Seller." This is useful if you want to analyze the metrics of more than one speaker.

  6. Make Adjustments: You also have the option to rename or change users who spoke, if necessary.

Following these steps ensures that the meeting analysis accurately captures the right speakers and their contributions.
