Overview

Sometimes a Meeting is not recorded/analysed as expected.
Kickscale helps you understand why by showing clear reasons for each calendar event.

You can check this directly in the Conversation Overview using the "Where’s my Meeting" button.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the Conversation Overview

  • Go to the Overview section in Kickscale

  • Open any relevant Meeting or conversation

2. Click “Where’s my Meeting”

  • In the Conversation Overview, click the “Where’s my Meeting” button

  • A dialog window will open

3. Select the date of your Meeting

  • Use the date picker at the top

  • Choose the day when your Meeting took place

4. Review your calendar events

You will now see a list of all calendar events for that day.

For each event, Kickscale shows:

  • The time of the Meeting

  • The Meeting title

  • The recording status

5. Check the reason if a Meeting was not recorded

If a Meeting was not recorded, you will see a clear explanation below the event.

Common reasons include:

  • Recording is disabled for this meeting

  • No valid meeting URL in calendar entry

These messages help you quickly understand what went wrong.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Always ensure your calendar event includes a valid meeting link (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.).

  • Per Default, a Kickscale Meeting is analysed if it's duration is 5 minutes or longer.
