Overview
The Kickscale Agent is more than a standard automated workflow. Traditional workflows always follow a rigid sequence of steps. The Kickscale Agent focuses on a specific goal instead.
It independently decides which tools and information to use. You simply give the Agent a broad task. For example, you can ask it to clean your pipeline.
The Agent creates a plan, gathers data, and executes the steps. Kickscale manages the entire technical process in the background. You do not need to build or maintain any automations yourself.
Use Cases
The Kickscale Agent helps your sales team save time and improve data accuracy. Here is what the Agent can do for you today:
CRM Hygiene: The Agent analyzes recent Customer Conversations and matches them with open Deals. It finds outdated deal stages, wrong close dates, or missing next steps and suggests updates.
Action Items from Meetings: The Agent reviews your Meetings from the past week. It extracts your open action items and summarizes them clearly.
Meeting Briefing: The Agent prepares you for upcoming Meetings. It combines insights from past conversations, emails, and public sources into a structured briefing.
Email Drafts and Follow-ups: The Agent creates ready-to-send email drafts based on meeting transcripts. It can even check your calendar to suggest open time slots.
The 6 Building Blocks of a Kickscale Agent
The Agent uses six core components to handle your tasks efficiently. You can manage these building blocks directly in your Settings.

1. Persona
The Persona defines how the Agent communicates with you. You can choose a direct, concise tone or request detailed explanations. The Agent uses this style for all future interactions.
2. Context Knowledge
Context knowledge is the background information you provide to your Agent. This includes pricing sheets, company overviews, or useful links. You can upload documents in the Settings or send them directly in the chat.
3. Tools
Tools are the integrations that allow your Agent to take action. The Agent can access messaging platforms, email accounts, calendars, and your CRM. Your active Workspace integrations determine which tools the Agent can use.
4. Skills
Skills are pre-built capabilities for specific sales use cases. Kickscale provides a growing library of these skills. You can also build custom skills manually or with the Agent's help in the chat.
5. Scheduled Tasks
Scheduled tasks let you run specific skills automatically at set times. For example, you can schedule a pipeline review every Friday. The Agent sends the final reports directly to Slack or email.
6. Long-Term Memory
The Agent automatically learns from your ongoing interactions. It remembers your personal preferences and the details you care about most. This memory grows continuously without any manual setup.
Human-in-the-Loop vs. Full Automation
By default, the Agent requires your approval before executing actions. It analyzes data and proposes changes, but you make the final decision. This keeps you in full control.
As you build trust, you can turn on full automation for specific tasks. For instance, you can allow the Agent to update Deal stages automatically. You configure this autonomy level for each individual action.
