Overview

The Overview gives you a team-level view of coaching and performance data.

This view is available to Admins and Team Leaders. It contains three main sections.

Attainment × Average Score

The Attainment × Average Score chart is also called the Team Performance Matrix.

It shows each Kickscale user based on two dimensions:

  • Attainment: Attainment is the percentage of the users fulfilled closed won volume to the quota target for the selected period. Quota can be edited in the settings.

  • Average Score: Average score of all scored conversations within the selected period.

Each user appears as a position within the graph. A line connects the current position with the user's position from the previous period. This makes changes in performance easier to recognize.

Below the matrix, a table provides more detailed information for each user.

Use case: Compare sales results with conversation quality to support more focused coaching discussions.

Team Competency Heatmap

The Team Competency Heatmap gives you a visual overview of Scorecard performance across your team.

Select a Meeting Type or Call Type to compare the corresponding Scorecard results.

The heatmap shows average Scorecard scores for all users within your selected date range.

Use case: Identify shared development areas or competencies where individual team members may need additional coaching.

Conversation Metrics

The Conversation Metrics section shows conversation metrics for your users within the selected period.

Use these metrics alongside Scorecard results to get additional context about team conversations.

User Detail

The User Detail view focuses on one user's coaching statistics.

Users can only access their own User Detail. Admins and Team Leaders can access User Details for their team members.

Prioritisation

Prioritisation helps identify Scorecard occurrences with the most potential for improvement.

Select a Meeting Type to focus the analysis on the relevant Scorecards.

Click an occurrence to view its feedback. You can also follow the provided link to open the related Meeting.

Use case: Quickly find concrete coaching opportunities without manually reviewing every Meeting.

Scorecards

The Scorecards section shows how a user's Scorecard scores are distributed over the selected period.

Use this view to understand performance patterns and track how Scorecard results develop over time.

Requirements

The Attainment x Average Score Graph requires a connected CRM and Deal view. If you do not have access to the Deal view yet then please reach out.

Furthermore for the Attainment a quota/sales target has to be set for a user so it can be calculated. The sales target can be set in the settings under sales target
