If you’ve connected your calendar, you’ll see your upcoming meetings listed above the analyzed meetings section.
This feature allows you to:
View key details about upcoming meetings
Enable or disable recording for a meeting (before it starts)
Adjust meeting visibility after analysis
Viewing Your Upcoming Meetings
Once your calendar is connected, your upcoming meetings will automatically appear in the Meeting Overview.
Each upcoming meeting includes the following details:
✅ Meeting Name
✅ Customer
✅ Attendee Email Addresses
✅ Recording Consent (if enabled in your workspace settings)
Managing Meeting Recording
You can enable or disable the recording of an upcoming meeting before it starts.
Important Notes on Recording:
If a meeting is already ongoing, the recording cannot be disabled.
Disabling the recording applies to all users in the workspace.
If an attendee from another workspace joins the meeting, their notetaker will still record the meeting.
Adjusting Meeting Visibility
You can change a meeting’s visibility setting before it is analyzed. This determines who will be able to view the meeting after analysis.
Private: Only attendees of the meeting can see it in their analyzed meetings list.
Default (Workspace-Based): The meeting is displayed to users according to your workspace settings.
Note: You can modify the visibility setting until the meeting analysis is ongoing. After the analysis is complete, the visibility setting is final.
Tips & Best Practices
✔️ Check your upcoming meetings regularly to ensure recording settings and visibility preferences are correct.
✔️ Keep recording enabled if your team relies on meeting transcriptions and summaries.
✔️ Coordinate with external attendees if they belong to a different workspace, as their notetaker may still record the meeting.
Troubleshooting
🔹 I don’t see my upcoming meetings in the overview.
Ensure your calendar is connected in Settings.
Refresh the page to sync new calendar events.
🔹 I can’t disable the recording for a meeting that already started.
Once a meeting has begun, recording settings cannot be changed.
🔹 The meeting was recorded even though I disabled recording.
If an attendee from another workspace has a notetaker enabled, it will still record the meeting.
