Note: This permission must be explicitly accepted for the bot to function properly.
Regularly Review Bot Settings
Recommendation:
External Recording: Enable 'Recording External' and disable other options to ensure the bot can participate in meetings.
Internal Recording: If you also want to record internal meetings, you can enable 'Record Internal'. However, when enabling 'Record Internal' for internal meetings, ensure that these meetings are conducted within the same domain to avoid participation issues. Mixing domains may result in internal meetings not being recorded.
