Meeting Analysis Error Handling

  • Error Indication:

    • An error during meeting analysis is indicated by a warning triangle icon in the overview, specifically in the Analysis column. This allows for quick identification of issues.

  • Action upon Error Detection:

    • Detailed Screen: Click on the failed meeting in your overview to access a detailed screen.

Addressing the Error

  • Step 1: Reanalyze the Meeting:

    • Click the Reanalyze Meeting button to re-analyze the meeting.

    • Initial analysis errors might be due to runtime issues and can often be resolved by re-triggering the meeting .

  • Step 2: Seek Further Assistance:

    • If the error persists after retriggering, click the Support button to contact our team.

    • Our team will investigate the issue to determine the cause of the error during the analysis.
