Reanalyze Meeting for Improved Accuracy
Click the Reanalyze Meeting Button:
Located at the top right of the screen in the meeting analysis view.
Dialog Box Confirmation:
A short dialog will appear asking if you want to retrigger the meeting.
Select Meeting Type (Optional):
If the initial evaluation was not satisfactory or the wrong type was detected, you can change the meeting type during this step.
Re-Analyze the Meeting:
The system will re-analyze the meeting, and you will see an "analysis in progress" screen.
This is particularly useful in cases where the initial evaluation was not satisfactory, or if certain topics were discussed but not tracked correctly. Retriggering allows the system to analyze the meeting again, potentially correcting any inaccuracies. You will also have the option to change the meeting type, especially if the system initially detected the wrong type.
After retriggering, the meeting will be analyzed again, and you will see the analysis in progress screen like below
After the meeting is analyzed again, you will be able to gain insights into the new outcome.
