Understanding User Roles in Your Workspace

Learn about the capabilities and permissions of the different roles in your workspace.

Overview of User Roles

  • User

  • Admin

  • Analytics

  • Configurator


User

Capabilities:

  • Access to personal Meetings in the Meeting Overview

  • Analyze their own Meetings and Calls.

  • Record and Upload Meetings

  • Connect their personal calendar.

  • View AI-generated summaries, Insights, and next steps.

  • Can only manage their own Settings (User Settings).


Admin

Admins have full control over the entire Kickscale Workspace.

Capabilities:

  • Access all Meetings from all users.

  • Can configure workspace settings, including:

    • Manage CRM integration

  • Manage the team and user roles.

  • Manage the subscription.

  • Configure the Analyse-Konfiguration, including:

    • Meeting Types

    • Call Types

    • Keywords and Competitors

    • Meeting Insights


Analytics

Analytics users focus on visibility and reporting, without making changes or the ability to upload and schedule Meetings.

Capabilities:

  • View all Meetings across the workspace.

  • Access all features in read-only mode.

  • Create and review Reports and insights.

  • Cannot edit Settings or Configurations.

  • Cannot schedule or upload Meetings.

  • Cannot manage users or subscriptions.


Configurator

Configurator users can only access and manage Kickscale settings, they do not have access to any Meetings.

Capabilities:

  • Access and manage all Settings.

  • Manage the team and user roles.

  • Configure the Analyse Configuration.

  • Manage the subscription.

  • Configure the Analyse-Konfiguration, including:

    • Meeting Types

    • Call Types

    • Keywords and Competitors

    • Meeting Insights

  • Cannot access any Meetings, Recordings or Calls


Troubleshooting:

  • I am a User but i can not schedule a Bot or upload Meetings: Check your Seat Type. Only paid Users can connect a Calendar, upload Meetings/Calls, use our AI features. If you want to upgrade your Seat Type please contact your Kickscale Workspace Admin.
