This article explains how Kickscale sends weekly workspace usage statistics to admins and how you can configure these emails.

Written by Team Kickscale

Overview

Kickscale can send a Weekly Usage Statistics email to workspace admins. It summarizes how your team used Kickscale in the previous week — meetings, calls, adoption, CRM sync activity, and top users.

Important: These emails are sent only to workspace admins.

What the Email Includes

Each weekly admin statistics email contains:

Overview stats

  • Meetings — number of new meetings recorded

  • Calls — number of new calls recorded

  • Active users — users who logged in during the week

Meetings section

  • New meetings

  • Total meeting duration

  • Meetings with completed CRM sync

Calls section

  • New calls

  • Total call duration

  • Calls with completed CRM sync

Team section

  • New users added to the workspace

  • Users with at least one meeting

  • Users with calendar connected but no meeting recorded

Top users

  • Top 5 users ranked by total activity (meetings + calls)

  • Per-user breakdown of meetings, calls, and total interactions

If there was no recorded activity, the email still sends and shows zero values where applicable. The email is sent in the admin’s preferred language (English or German).

When Are These Emails Sent?

  • Automatically, once per week, Monday Morning

  • They cover the previous calendar week (Monday through Sunday)

Who Receives Them?

All of the following must be true:

  1. The user has the Admin role in the workspace

  2. The admin account is active (not deactivated)

  3. The admin has Weekly Admin Digest enabled in their personal notification settings

Non-admin users never receive this email, even if other email notifications are enabled.

How to Configure Weekly Admin Statistics Emails

Workspace:

  1. Click Settings in the top bar

  2. Click Worspace

  3. find Weekly Admin Digest Section

This allows other admins to either opt in or opt out.

For individual admins (opt in / opt out)

  1. Click Settings in the top bar

  2. Click Personal

  3. find Enable Weekly Admin Digest under your Notification Settings

Each admin controls their own subscription. One admin can receive the digest while another opts out.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Use “Calendar connected, no meeting” to find users who may need help getting started

  • Use Top users to recognize high adoption and understand usage patterns

  • Use CRM sync completed counts to track how well meeting/call data flows into your CRM

Troubleshooting

I am an admin but did not receive the email

  • Confirm Weekly Admin Digest is enabled in your Notification Settings

  • Check your spam folder

  • Confirm you are an Admin in the workspace
