  • Hubspot

  • Pipedrive

  • Zoho

  • Salesforce

  • Microsoft Dynamics

  • Close.io

Setup

CRM integration can only be performed by users who have Admin roles. In the Settings, there is a section for CRM Integration. By clicking the "Setup Integration" button a window will pop up where you can choose whether to connect to HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc. After choosing you will be redirected to your CRM in order to authorize Kickscale access to your CRM data. After this you will be taken back to Kickscale, where it now should say "Connected".

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Go to the Admin tab

  3. Click on the "Setup Integration" button

  4. Choose your CRM in the Pop-Up

  5. Click on "Authorize"

  6. Authorize Kickscale access to your CRM in the redirected window

After the last step you should be redirected to Kickscale where it should show Connected in the integration Pop-Up (see screenshot below)

What data will be synced

Currently we are pushing information as Note attached to the relevant entities in your CRM. The following information is synced per default after every meeting:

  • Summary

  • Next Steps

  • Link to meeting in Kickscale

Where is the data linked to

The created note is linked to the following entities:

  • Contact

  • Company

  • Deal (Opportunity)

How are meetings mapped to CRM entities

Meetings from kickscale are mapped by trying to find a contact in the CRM that has the same email domain as the customer in the meeting in Kickscale. From this Contact we can infer the related Company and from the Company the related Opportunity.
If we cannot find any Contact in the CRM with a matching domain this also means we cannot push any data to your CRM.
