Common Errors
There are different possibilites why there was no information pushed to your CRM system. Please check the common errors below. If you still need help or have related questions feel free to contact our support team for assistance via support@kickscale.com.
CRM Integration not Authorized
In order to push information to your CRM, Kickscale needs authorized access to your system. This can be checked following these steps:
Go to Settings
Go to the Admin tab
Click on the "Setup Integration" button
Choose your CRM in the Pop-Up
Check if it says Connected (see screenshot)
If it does not say Connected, please check out our guide on how to setup your CRM integration.
No Contact Found
In order to find the related CRM entities to a meeting in Kickscale, we try to identify a Contact in your CRM that has the same email domain as the customer that was present in the call recorded with Kickscale. If we cannot find any Contact it is not possible to push the meeting information to your CRM.
