Understanding Your Child’s Learning Profile Report

Your child’s Learning Profile brings together what Kidaro observed during the Parent Interview and Child Interview. It highlights patterns, strengths, areas where support may help, and practical recommendations you can use at home or share with school.

This profile is a non-clinical summary, not a diagnosis. It reflects how your child engaged with this session.

The Learning Profile does not give your child grades, scores, labels, or a fixed description of who they are.
​

The Learning Profile is organized into six chapters.
​

The opening section summarizes how your child engaged with the session. It highlights key strengths and introduces areas where a different approach or added support may help.

This chapter looks across 12 dimensions related to how your child approaches learning.
​

Together, they cover areas such as readiness, emotional comfort, interests, motivation, attention, memory, reasoning, planning, pacing, and awareness of what helps them learn.
​

Each dimension has its own section with more detail about the patterns observed during the session.
​

This section highlights strengths your child demonstrated and frames them as assets to build on.
​

These may include how your child engages with certain tasks, responds to particular formats, approaches problems, or stays involved when something captures their interest.

Under “Where a little structure goes a long way,” Kidaro identifies areas where practice, clearer structure, or a gentler approach may help.

These are not weaknesses or diagnoses. They are starting points for deciding what support may be worth trying.

The recommendations chapter provides practical ideas based on the patterns in your child’s Learning Profile.

They are grouped by areas such as wellbeing, learning, motivation, interests, attention, memory, reasoning, planning and problem-solving, pacing, and learning self-awareness.

There is no required order. Start with the recommendations that feel most relevant to what you are seeing now.

The final chapter, “The big picture,” brings the main takeaways together and closes with a message from the Kidaro team.
