Where the Summary Table shows the child's current level of development as Emerging, Developing or Secure; the Cohort Tracker shows whether the child is on track (or not) depending on their age.ย 

In the example Summary table below, the child is 28 months and at different levels in the Development Matters, some of which are;

  1. Secure in (22-36 months) Self-confidence and self-awareness

  2. Emerging to Developing in (22-36 months) Moving and handling

  3. Developing in (30-50 months) Moving and handling

The Cohort Tracker shows the child is on track (grey) within all Development Matters but in Moving and handling is showing above average (blue).
