Once the Health Plan sends the invitation, the you will receive a link via email (and text, if provided). Here's what to do next:
Download the App
Click the link directly in the invite email to be taken to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Install the app.
Start Account Creation
Open the app and tap “Create Account”.
Select Your Health Plan
Use the dropdown to select your health plan.
Verify Your Email
Enter the email address where you received the invite.
A 6-digit verification code will be sent to that email (expires in 10 minutes).
Enter the code in the app.
Enter Member Details
Provide your Member ID and Date of Birth.
Set Your Password
Create a password with:
Minimum 8 characters
At least 1 number
At least 1 special character
Finish Setup
Once complete, tap the button at the bottom to go to your Home Page.
