Additionally, if multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required, please provide our group email address to be added as the MFA contact.
This will ensure we receive the authentication codes needed for verification.
Once confirmed, We can set up the group email.
We also need to check if the customer has imported registrations that need to be included. If so, please make sure all the relevant details are accurately entered into the app.
