Welcome to the Kintsugi AI app! This article will guide you through understanding your dashboard and its features.

Getting Started

After installing the Kinstugi app, you need to complete the initial setup. This includes:

a. Import Transactions: Connect your e-commerce platforms to import your transaction data.

b. Add Presence: Specify where your business operates

c. Add Organization Details: Input your company’s information

d. Add Bank Details: Add your bank details for tax payments.

Once you’ve completed these steps and your e-commerce integrations are set up, your dashboard will be ready.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard provides a summary of your key business data. Here’s what you’ll see:

1. Exposure Map

The Exposure Map provides a visual representation of your business’s presence across the country. The map uses color codes to indicate your registration and exposure status in each state:

2. Tasks

The Tasks section is your go-to place for staying on top of what needs to be done. Think of it as your digital to-do list specifically for your business within the app.

Here, you’ll find a clear overview of pending tasks that require your attention. These tasks can vary, ensuring all aspects of your business operations are running smoothly.

Why is this important? This feature helps you:

  • Stay Organized: Keep track of what needs to be done in one centralized location.

  • Ensure Compliance: Promptly address filings and other regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain Accuracy: Keep your product up-to-date.

What You’ll See

Upon selecting a tab, two primary graphic breakdowns will appear:

  1. Details by Year: This section provides a visual graphic presentation of the data over time. You’ll see a line graph that shows growth and fluctuations in the data for each year.

  2. Details by Jurisdiction: This section breaks down the data based on geographical location or legal jurisdiction. The bar graph helps you understand data varies from one area to another.
