If you have realised you need more storage than you first thought in most cases this can be accommodated please contact a member of our team as soon as possible.

If you require additional Kit Keeper boxes for your extra items then please do this more than 3 working days before your collection date so there is time for you to receive these.

If there’s not enough time to receive new Kit Keeper boxes, you can use your own boxes or suitcases. Just make sure that your boxes are labelled, or at least have your name and order ID written on them. In this last minute case, especially if you need to add more items on the day, please contact a member of our team so we can inform the courier to expect additional items.

After your collection, once we have confirmed how many items were received for storage, we will adjust your monthly payments to reflect the correct number of items in storage.
