For the most part, collections can be scheduled between 07:00-18:00. When booking a collection it is important to have someone available to do the collection between these times on the day you have selected.
The afternoon before your collection, we will send you an email with a more specific ETA. The specificity of this ETA will depend on your area.
In some areas of the UK we can offer more specific collection time-slots either in the morning (between 9am and 12pm) or in the afternoon (after 12pm) for an additional fee of £25.
If you would like to request one of these slots please get in touch with a member of our team no later than 3 working days before your collection date so we can confirm whether your order is eligible for this service.
Please note that if you require a more specific time-slot than before/after 12pm then your request will be noted but cannot be guaranteed. Such requests are assessed on a case by case basis. To inquire please contact a member of our team.
