When placing your order, you will have to select the collection date and collection address. On this date, our courier will come to that address to pick up your boxes.

You will be notified of the expected time of arrival of the courier the day before the collection date (or on the day if using one of our overnight services).

If informed in our ETA email, your drivers will call before they arrive to make sure you are available for the collection or delivery.

Please make sure that you (or another person if arranged with Kit Keeper) are available to hand over your boxes to the courier on the day of your collection. This safeguards against you paying a missed collection and rescheduling fee of £25, and £6.95 per box.

If you need to make any changes to your collection, you can do so by contacting customer service HERE no later than 3 full working days before your chosen collection date.

If you are waiting for a courier to deliver your boxes and they are running outside the ETA window supplied, please contact a member of our team.
