For the most part, deliveries will be scheduled between 07:00-18:00. When booking a delivery it is important to have someone available to accept the delivery between these times on the day you have selected.

The afternoon before your delivery, we will send you an email with a more specific ETA. The specificity of this ETA will depend on your area.

In some areas of the UK we can offer more specific delivery time-slots either in the morning (between 9am and 12pm) or in the afternoon (after 12pm) for an additional fee of £25.

If you would like to request one of these slots please get in touch with a member of our team no later than 3 working days before your delivery date so we can confirm whether your order is eligible for this service.

Please note that if you require a more specific time-slot than before/after 12pm then your request will be noted but cannot be guaranteed. Such requests are assessed on a case by case basis. Please contact a member of our team to discuss.
