How to add Custom Calendars

Add as many custom calendars as you need to keep track of all your work-related activities (i.e. therapy sessions, meetings, duties, prep, billing, testing, report writing, lunch, etc.)!

Follow these steps to add a Custom Calendar:

1) Head to the Calendar page and click on the 'plus' + sign (in the gray column named 'Calendars').

2) Enter a name and color to associate with the Calendar and then click 'Create'.

3) To edit or delete a Calendar, click on the 3 dots beside the Calendar name:

Here are some other helpful tips:

  • You can turn calendar(s) on and off by selecting the checkbox beside them.

  • When a Calendar is turned off, events for that calendar will not appear on your Calendar screen.

  • To delete a Calendar, you will be prompted to enter the phrase 'permanently delete' to confirm deletion.
