Adding tasks to your growing To Do list, so you can quickly see what needs to be completed!
Step 1: Navigate to the To Do page
Click on the checkmark icon to navigate to the To Do page. Here you'll see today's date with a calendar icon at the top of the page.
Step 2: Create a Task
Click on the 'Task Title' box
Click the 'Due Date' button and select a due date from the dropdown menu
Enter additional details in the 'Note' field below the due date button if needed
Click the 'Create Task' button
Then use the 'Create Task' button in the top right corner of the page to create additional tasks.
After saving your first Task, you can reopen the Task to add additional info, such as subtasks and/or files (i.e. image, pdf, etc). Click the 3 dots of the file thumbnail to view or delete the file.

โStep 3: View your Task List
On your To Do page, you'll see a list of tasks you've created with their due dates, listed chronologically.
If a task is past its due date, the due date appears in red.
Click the circle next to a task to mark it done
Turn the toggle on beside 'Show Completed' to display All Tasks, and turn the toggle off to hide completed tasks
Clicking the checkmark of a completed task moves it back to the uncompleted list
Completed tasks are ordered in reverse-chronological order
Step 4: Edit a Task
Click on a task to expand it and add/view additional notes or make any edits
Use the 'Delete' button in the bottom left corner to delete a task
Click 'Save Task' in order to save all changes

Option #1: Use our Premade Templates
From your To Do List, click the 'Templates' subtab, and select 'Use Template' for one of the following premade templates:
IEP Checklist
MET Checklist
Option #2: Save your Task as a Template
After creating a task, click on the task name and then 'Save template'
Click on the arrow beside 'Create Task' and then select the option to 'Save and create a template'
Now the task is saved in the 'Templates' page
Option #3: Create a new Template from scratch
From your To Do List, click the 'Templates' subtab, then 'Create Task Template'
Add details including Title, Notes, Subtasks, and Attachments
Click 'Create Template' to save
Now the task is saved in the 'Templates' page
Click 'Use Template' and add a due date to add it to your list of Tasks
