To cancel your subscription, log in and click on the account icon located on the left side of the page. Then, navigate to the Subscription tab and click 'Cancel subscription'.

You will receive a confirmation once your account has been successfully canceled.

If you wish to restore your subscription, you can do so anytime before your cancellation date by clicking 'Keep My Subscription' in the Subscription tab.

Please Note: Due to costs and data protection, all identifying student information will be deleted 90 days after your subscription has been canceled. Deleted data cannot be recovered after that time.
