If you ever have any questions about your data, Kit can track down the changes you've made! Kit will show a record before and after any changes are made, including what data was added or removed.

Click on the 'History' page, and you will see an option to review changes.

You can review any changes that have been made, including the date/time changes were made, if data was edited or deleted, or if a record was deleted.
