A waiver is counted when a customer opts into your no-return discount offer and completes their purchase, agreeing to make the sale of that product final. Each product they choose to purchase without the option to return counts as a separate waiver. They have agreed to keep their purchase in exchange for a discount.
Waiver Usage and Monthly Limits
Each time a customer agrees to waive their right to return in Kiwi Return Saver, it counts toward your monthly waiver limit. If you reach your monthly limit, each paid plan allows additional waivers at a small fee per additional waiver.
