If you’d like a copy of your size charts, we’re happy to help.
At the moment, exporting charts isn’t available directly from your admin. But our team can securely export your chart data.
Moving charts to another store? Sync is the faster option.
If your goal is to reuse the same size charts in a new or second store, you don't need an export — syncing is the better option. Kiwi lets you sync charts between stores so they copy across automatically, without any file handling.
Copy size charts from one store to another
Keep charts consistent across regional stores (US, UK, FR, etc.)
Avoid rebuilding charts from scratch
If this is what you need, reach out and we'll guide you through the sync setup. If you specifically need a file export (for example, to migrate to a different app), continue below.
What's included in an export
Exports contain your size chart table data in CSV or JSON format. This covers the sizing rows, columns, and values you've entered in the table editor.
The following are not included in the export file:
Images added to size chart blocks
Button or link text customisations
Style settings (fonts, colours, layout)
Recommender data
If you need to move your charts to another store and are mainly concerned about the table data, an export will cover that. If you need images or styling carried across, syncing between stores is the better option — it copies the full chart including all blocks.
How to request an export
Just reach out to our support team and include:
Your store URL (e.g.
your-store.myshopify.com)A quick note on why you need the export (optional, but helpful)
Once we have that, we’ll take care of the rest and follow up with your exported data.
If you have any specific requirements, feel free to mention those as well, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
