Why is EU not available in the International Conversion Size Chart?

Updated yesterday

If you’re trying to add EU sizing to your size chart but don’t see it as an option, this is usually related to the type of International Conversion Size Chart you’re using.

Why this happens

The International Conversion Size Chart section includes predefined sizing systems based on the selected category (for example, women’s tops or bottoms).

For some categories, such as:

  • Women dresses / tops / jackets / blouses

  • Women pants / bottoms

👉 EU is not included as a selectable option by default

This is expected behavior based on how the conversion charts are currently structured.

What you can do instead

Option 1: Add EU sizing manually

You can still include EU sizes by:

  • Adding a custom column or row

  • Entering EU values manually in your chart

This gives you full control over how EU sizing is displayed.

Option 2: Use a different chart structure

If EU sizing is essential for your store, you can:

  • Adjust your chart layout

  • Use a custom size chart instead of the predefined international conversion section
