We’ve added a new Headwear size chart template to make it easier for you to display sizing for hats, caps, beanies, and other headwear styles. This template is flexible and can be customized to match your brand’s sizing standards.
(Please note: this template is not intended for helmets.)
What’s Included in the Headwear Template
The new template provides a standard set of sizing fields commonly used across headwear products, including:
Circumference
US Hat Size
EU Hat Size
Size labels (XS–XXL)
These default values follow widely accepted international headwear size conversions.
Fully Customizable
You can edit any part of the template, including:
Column names
Size names
Measurements
Units (inches/cm)
Notes or fit instructions
Feel free to tailor the template to match your brand’s exact sizing system.

How to Use the Template
Open your Kiwi Sizing dashboard
Click Create Size Chart
Choose the Headwear template
Edit the columns or values as needed
Save and assign the size chart to your headwear products
