Klarify Pricing
Klarify has four plans: Seed, Sprout, Bloom, and Forest. Every paid plan includes Klara AI Assistant, session mindmaps, session recording, session upload, and note generation.
All yearly plans are billed annually at one time. The pricing shown under "yearly" is what it would cost you per month when you divide the total yearly amount by 12 months.

Monthly vs. Yearly Billing
You can pay monthly or yearly. Yearly billing saves you 20%.
Sessions reset at the start of each billing cycle - unused sessions do not carry over.
How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
To change your plan:
Go to Settings, then Plan and Billing
Select the plan you want
Confirm the change
On individual plans:
Upgrades take effect right away. You're credited back the time you didnt use on your current plan, and charged for the new month/year immedietely. For example, if you're 7 months into your yearly Sprout plan and upgrade to yearly Bloom, your account is credited back for the 5 months you didnt use on sprout, and applied to the new Bloom plan you selected. The new Bloom plan resets the yearly timer from the day you upgrade. So, you will pay the full yearly Bloom minus the value of the 5 months of Sprout you didnt use.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
On clinic plans:
Each therapist sits on a seat on your clinic account. When you change a therapist's plan, here's what happens:
A new seat is created at the new plan level.
The therapist is moved onto the new seat.
The old seat stays on your account, unassigned, until the end of the billing cycle.
You can reassign the old seat to another therapist at any time before it expires.
If the old seat is still unassigned when the cycle ends, it won't renew.
This is the same process for both upgrades and downgrades.
How to Cancel
To cancel, simply downgrade to the free Seed plan:
Go to Settings → Plan & Billing
Click Downgrade under the Seed plan
You won't be charged again. Your account stays on your current paid plan until the end of the billing cycle, then moves to Seed.
Team / Clinic Pricing
Klarify offers volume discounts for clinics and group practices. Here's how it works:
Each therapist has their own account and plan.
All therapists can join a shared clinic account, billed to one credit card.
Plans can be mixed across the team. Each therapist picks the plan that fits their session volume.
The clinic owner can see all therapists' notes by default. You can change this in permission settings.
Volume discounts stack on top of the 20% yearly discount.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why am I being charged more than the price on the website?
The website shows prices in USD by default. Your actual charge depends on the currency and billing frequency you picked. To check or change either, go to Settings, then Plan and Billing.
Do unused sessions roll over?
No. Sessions reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Does Klarify support French?
Yes. Every plan, including Seed and Sprout, supports French for both transcription and note generation.
Can two people share one account?
Plans are for one therapist. If a colleague like a psychometrist helps with your sessions, they can use your login. But each therapist running their own sessions needs their own account and plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 7-day Bloom free trial. No credit card needed. You can extend to 14 days if you add a card that will be charged at the end of the trial.
How do I apply a promo or discount code?
Discount codes are for new customers on monthly plans only. They do not apply to yearly plans, and they do not apply to existing customers. Apply your code in the confirmation window when you add a payment method or upgrade your plan.
How does the $20 referral program work?
Copy your referral link and send it to a friend. When they sign up through your link and pay for a plan within 30 days, you both get $20. The credit is added to both accounts automatically. You don't need to apply it like a promo code.
