How to Report Missing Rewards - We're Here to Help

Didn't receive your reward? Use our new "Apply for Missing Rewards" feature to submit a support ticket directly from the offer page.

We know it's frustrating when you complete a task but don't receive your reward on time. That's why we've made it easier than ever to report missing rewards directly from the app!

What's New?

When you view an offer and notice a reward is missing, you'll now see an "Apply for Missing Rewards" button right on the "Before You Start" page.

How It Works

  1. Go to the offer where you're missing a reward

  2. Tap "Apply for Missing Rewards"

  3. Fill out the simple form with:

    • Date you completed the task

    • Your Player ID (if applicable)

    • Screenshots (up to 5 images, 10MB each)

    • Brief explanation of what happened

  4. Submit and our team will investigate

You can find the “Apply for Missing Rewards” button in the “Before You Start” modal on the offer details page, available on both our mobile and web apps.

Important Notes

  • You can only submit one inquiry per offer/task combination

  • Once you've submitted a form, the button will be disabled to prevent duplicate tickets

  • Our support team will review your submission and get back to you as soon as possible
