Once you have connected your Xero account with Klipboard, Invoices created on Klipboard will automatically be created on your Xero account once you save the invoice.

Any edits made to an existing Invoice on Klipboard will also be made to the associated Invoice on Xero. Invoices must be associated with a Xero contact, where possible, we automate this in advance of the Xero invoice being created.

If an Invoice is edited on your Xero account when connected with Klipboard, you will have to perform the Sync process accessed via the Integrations section on Klipboard by pressing the buttons "Sync with Xero". Once this sync is performed it will update the Invoice records on Klipboard and align them with any edits that have been made on Xero.
