Once you have connected your Quickbooks account with Klipboard, Invoices created on Klipboard will automatically be created on your Quickbooks account once you save the invoice.

Any edits made to an existing Invoice on Klipboard will also be made to the associated Invoice on Quickbooks. Invoices must be associated with a Quickbooks contact, where possible, we automate this in advance of the Quickbooks invoice being created.

If an Invoice is edited on your Quickbooks account when connected with Klipboard, you will have to perform the Sync process accessed via the Integrations section on Klipboard by pressing the buttons "Sync with Quickbooks". Once this sync is performed it will update the Invoice records on Klipboard and aligned them with any edits that have been made on Quickbooks.
