Another invoice with this invoice number already exists in Xero


This error occurs when an invoice cannot sync to Xero because the invoice number already exists in Xero.


  • If this is a new invoice, contact Klipboard Customer Support via the instant chat channel and our team will edit the invoice number to one that does not already exist in Xero and then you can sync again. In order for the sync to work properly, invoices should be created in Klipboard and not in Xero.
