Why the Sync Error occurs

This error occurs when a client or supplier record name cannot sync to Xero because there is a contact (client or supplier) with the same name in Xero (either active or archived).

How to Fix the Sync Error

Xero does not permit the same name therefore please ensure all Clients or Suppliers in Klipboard have unique names when syncing to Xero
