1️⃣ Enter the payment amount
On the New Payment screen, enter the amount to be collected
Tap Continue
2️⃣ Select the customer’s bank
Choose the bank the customer wishes to use from the list
Popular options include Monzo, HSBC, NatWest, Barclays, and more
3️⃣ Customer scans the bank QR code
The terminal will generate a unique QR code
The customer scans it using their mobile banking app to confirm and complete the payment
4️⃣ Payment is complete
Once approved, a ✅ confirmation will appear
Tap Print Merchant or Print Shopper to generate receipts if needed
Tap Done to return to the home screen
