How do I take payment via Payment links?

1️⃣ Go to Payment Links via the ☰ menu

2️⃣ Browse your list of links — including paid, unpaid, active, or completed

3️⃣ Tap a link to view details such as amount, expiry, and customer activity

1️⃣ Tap Create new link

2️⃣ Enter the amount and expiry date

3️⃣ Select what customer information you’d like to collect (e.g. name, email)

4️⃣ Choose how you want to be notified (SMS or email), then tap Create link

1️⃣ In Link details, tap QR & URL to preview or print the QR code

2️⃣ Tap Share

3️⃣ Choose your share method (e.g. SMS or email)

4️⃣ Enter customer contact details, personalise the message (optional), then tap Share link

1️⃣ Open the payment link you’d like to deactivate

2️⃣ Tap the 🗑️ suspend icon in the top right

3️⃣ Confirm by selecting Suspend link

🔒 Once suspended, the link can no longer be used or shared.
