Troubleshooting the Payment App
If the app becomes unresponsive:
- Restart the app: - Swipe up from the bottom of the screen. 
- Click the square icon on the right. 
- Swipe the app up to close it. 
- Reopen the app from the home screen. 
 
- Restart the terminal: - Press and hold the power button on the left side. 
- Select Power off. 
 
Troubleshooting Wi-Fi Issues
- Go to Settings (bottom left icon on the home screen). 
- Select Network (password required - please ask your team). 
- Toggle the Wi-Fi off and on. 
- If issues persist, turn off Wi-Fi and switch to 4G.
