Troubleshooting the Payment App
If the app becomes unresponsive:
Restart the app:
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
Click the square icon on the right.
Swipe the app up to close it.
Reopen the app from the home screen.
Restart the terminal:
Press and hold the power button on the left side.
Select Power off.
Troubleshooting Wi-Fi Issues
Go to Settings (bottom left icon on the home screen).
Select Network (password required - please ask your team).
Toggle the Wi-Fi off and on.
If issues persist, turn off Wi-Fi and switch to 4G.
