Troubleshooting the Payment App

If the app becomes unresponsive:

  1. Restart the app:

    • Swipe up from the bottom of the screen.

    • Click the square icon on the right.

    • Swipe the app up to close it.

    • Reopen the app from the home screen.

  2. Restart the terminal:

    • Press and hold the power button on the left side.

    • Select Power off.

Troubleshooting Wi-Fi Issues

  1. Go to Settings (bottom left icon on the home screen).

  2. Select Network (password required - please ask your team).

  3. Toggle the Wi-Fi off and on.

  4. If issues persist, turn off Wi-Fi and switch to 4G.
