Kognity is a digital textbook publisher, meaning all of our resources are digital to ensure you always have access to the latest and most updated content. Despite the digital focus, we understand that there are times when you may want to print sections of the book or assignments. Here’s how you can do it:
Printing Book Content
Navigate to the Section:
Go to the desired section of the book, either from the Table of Contents or the Book Assignment Overview.
Print the Section:
Click on the printer icon located under the section's name.
Choose Print or Save as PDF:
Select either to print directly or save as a PDF by clicking on the "Destination" drop-down menu.
Printing Assignments
Print "Exam-style" Question assignments ("Test Practice Questions" for IGCSE):
Go to the "Assignments" tab
Click on the assignment you need to print
You will find the new printing feature right above the questions
Click on "Print" and select "With answers" or "Without answers"
You can also print "Exam-style" Question assignments ("Test Practice Questions" for IGCSE) directly from the "Draft Assignments" tab by selecting the printer icon.Print Assignment Results:
For "Question" assignments or "Exam-style" Question assignments ("Test Practice Questions" for IGCSE), download the results as a CSV or PDF file and print them from the report.
Print from Book Assignment Overview:
Click on a task within a "Book assignment" from the Book Assignment Overview page to open the module within the textbook.
Select the printer icon to print the content directly.
Printing Quality & Formatting
When printing from a Content Page, you can expect a clean, properly formatted document across all subjects:
Pages follow an A4 layout with consistent page numbers, headers, and footers on every page
Coloured content boxes retain their background colour
Long text question answer areas stay together on a single page
Embedded elements render correctly
Font sizes in lists display at normal proportions
