Note: Many districts are using SSO to access Kognity. If this is your case, the username and password are N/A as you'll be signing in with Google or Clever.
Step 1: Check your junk/spam folder. It is very likely that you've received your login details in an email but it has gone directly to junk/spam or was deleted by mistake. If all others have access to their digital textbooks apart from you, this is probably the case.
Step 2: Check which email address has been shared with us for setting up your account. If the school has given us a different email address than the one you want to use for Kognity, then please feel free to reach out to support@kognity.com.
Step 3: Go to the login page at https://app.kognity.com and request a new password with the email address that you were registered with.
Step 4: If you still can't access the platform, contact us at support@kognity.com. Send us your first name, last name, email address, school name, graduation year and the subjects you take (or teach if you are a teacher).
