If you see this error message while trying to sync data in Analytics, it can mean different issues.

1. There are no posts published in the selected time period.

One of the first things to check is if any posts were published in the selected time period to the selected social media profile. If not, naturally, there are no data to be synced with Konentino. Change the time period for dates where your posts are published and try syncing again.

In case there are posts published for the selected social media profile and time period, and you're still receiving this message, follow step 2.

2. Reauthorize the page connection with Kontentino.

Another issue that may have caused this error is the disconnection of third-party apps, like Facebook with Kontentino.

Here are step-by-step reauthorization guides for every social media network. Check it and follow the instructions.

3. Contact our Customer Support.

If none of these steps helped and you still can't sync the data while receiving the same error message, please contact our Customer Support. Most probably, there is a bigger issue that needs our attention and troubleshooting.
