You can set up a standing order by going to Banking > Transfers > Standing Orders or while making a regular SEPA transfer:
Tap on Transfer in the Banking screen
Choose the recipient from your contact list or tap New Transfer
After entering the amount, tap on Create Standing Order or tap the calendar icon if you only want to schedule a one-time transfer in the future
Set the frequency and optionally define an end date
Tap Next and confirm the transfer
How do I delete or edit my standing order?
Please note: This function is currently only available in the mobile app.
To view your standing orders:
Go to the Banking screen and tap on Transfers > Standing Orders
Select the standing order you want to delete
Tap on Delete Standing Order and confirm the deletion
To edit a standing order:
Go to Transfers > Standing Orders in the Banking screen
Select the standing order you want to edit
Tap on Edit Standing Order and update the necessary information
It is not possible to change the recipient. If you want to change the recipient, please delete the standing order and create a new one.
My standing order wasn’t executed – what should I do?
If a standing order wasn’t executed due to insufficient funds, we will not attempt to resend it. You’ll need to manually transfer the amount. The next scheduled execution of the standing order will still be carried out as usual.
