If you have started the registration process but have not yet completed it, you can easily request the deletion of your data.

Inform us about your wish to delete your data from your registered e-mail address by sending an e-mail to support@kontist.com.

If you already have a fully opened account with us, it is unfortunately not possible to delete your data immediately.

According to § 275 HGB the legislator obliges us to a ten-year storage period. In addition, there is a tax retention obligation according to § 147 of the German Fiscal Code. Here too, the period is usually ten years.

Your data will be deleted after these periods as standard.
