Why am I being asked for more information after verification?

You may have received an email or push notification from us during your verification process asking for additional information.
This is a standard procedure required of us as a regulated financial institution.

All information and documents you provide will be treated with strict confidentiality.

Please upload your answers and documents directly in the mobile app.
Our banking partner, Solaris SE, will review your submission and we will notify you as soon as your account is opened.

What happens if I don’t submit the required information?

The mobile app will show you the deadline for submitting the required documents.
If you do not provide them in time, your account opening process may be cancelled, or you may no longer be able to use your account as usual.
