Your nanny will have two contracts: one with you and one with the other family you are sharing with.

As with our standard contract, we'll share a draft version with you, the employer, prior to issuing a final version.

The shared hours and wages are split over both contracts with half of the hours on your contract and half of the hours on the other. The contract will also set out the rates for any periods of 'sole care' hours; where the nanny might only work for one family and not part of the nanny share arrangement.
